I'm experiencing this same issue. We have nearly 4,000 devices in the field, and we're in the tail end of a large Windows 10 migration for our college. I'm now getting word that we're getting several complaints per day (of the ones who actually phone in to report) that their PCs are severely slow, mouse is lagging, response time is sluggish. I've tied it all back to the LANDesk Targeted Multicast Service. Why has it gone haywire?
Will the mass Change Settings task to disable SESS fix this issue? And, more importantly, what side effects will I experience by disabling SESS?
