Fuse was LANDesk Service Desk's Mobile Self Service Portal. With ServiceDesk 7.2.2 it was renamed to LANDesk Fuse. So Fuse is not really new but a component of LANDesk Service Desk...

Today i have seen there must be a seperate agent with ldms 9.6.

maybe you could use fuse without have service desk
