You said to drag Acknowledge onto Incident and select yes to create a collection. Then go into Incident and chose the Acknowledge collection? The collection is actually on Acknowledge at this point. Do you mean go into Acknowledge and click on the Incident Collection? Or did you mean to drag Incident onto Acknowledge and create a collection back on Incident?
