Thank you very much for the workaround and the troubleshooting methods.
Our linux machines are used for school classes. We need to redeploy the machines after each class. That means the agent would be installed everytime and we get everytime a new record. On windows machines I can reinstall the agent without getting new records. Is it possible to configure this "record behaviour" windows machine like?
