Firstly, thank you for the update to the community. It's certainly appreciated by me and I'm sure it's also appreciated by everyone else. Could I be cheeky enough to ask if there is an indicative timeline LANDesk are able to share at all (subject to change of course)?
As you know the whole webaccess vs console is a big topic for existing Service Desk customers. That being the case, are there plans to release a service pack for 7.6 or are we looking realistically at future full releases (7.7)?
