Hi I know what's it like when you are asked to do something without any training, but from your range of questions my recommendation is for you to call your LANDesk support team. This forum really isn't a substitute for training or for formal support and it would take quite some time to spell out the steps to find your filter selectors and then modify an existing query or create a new one. In that time your support team could have talked you through it and they are paid to do that sort of thing! The manuals are a good source of information too. Also if you can find anyone in your company who has been on the boot camp, you'll probably find the materials they have well worth going through in a DEV or TEST environment.
