How are you referring to it? You can try {Reminder/Incident/CreationDate}, or possibly just {Incident/CreationDate}. If using a calc, it gets picked up using "Reminder.Incident.CreationDate". -Brian

You'll be OK just adding the names of the attributes by hand. We used to have to do that all the time when the placeholder function was a lot simpler.
