Never noticed that.  Pure guess but maybe it has something to do with children being a collection of the incident.  It would seem to be showing only parents.  Wonder if that is by design.

Crystal reports is a standard delivery, so I'd contact whoever supplied you the LANDESK and ask them for a copy.  It needs a license too.
