The simplest way would just be to create your support groups based on location then...
(i.e., instead of "Applications..."/"Commuications"/etc. in the drop-down above, you would have "BBMS Support Group"/"(Other Location) Support Group"/etc.)
And have those "Location" groups be at the top level of your Support Group hierarchy. You could also create child-groups under each location if needed, like Desktop/Network/whatever... but the location-based groups alone should do what you've asked.
Besides setting up your Support Groups as per above, you would also need to:
- Make sure each analyst is set to receive Group messages. See the How-to here.
- Make sure that for the Assignment window data on your processes, you have your "Notify Assignee" attribute set to TRUE.
