Hoping this is an easy question. We have a very small deployment with two concurrent analyst licenses. The issue seems to be that when one of our analyst logs off another one isn't able to login. For example user1 and user2 are both logged into the web interface. User2 logs off. User3 attempts to login and gets the "All licenses are in use" message. If user2 attempts to log back in the system will let them in fine. Is there a way to detect and force sessions to close if they are still open ? I'm fairly new to ITSM so it's possible i might just not be understanding how this licensing works. I checked and the user accounts are all in the concurrent licenses group and not the fixed licenses.
I also checked and it looks like our time out for licenses is set to 10 minutes. I have also attempted to restart the server to see if that would end the sessions however i still get the message that all licenses are in use when attempting to login as user3. We are running version 7.5.0.11089. If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.
