Hi Adam

 

Please see this document as you may need to change this user to a fixed licence if that is what you want to allocate to them:

When a newly created Analyst tries to login they see the message "The maximum number of Concurrent users (x) are already connected"

 

If they should use a concurrent licence then the message means that you have used up your concurrent licence allocation and so they would need to wait for someone else to log out.  You can of course purchase some more licences if this issue start to come up often.
