I am looking at creating a new process and am wondering if anyone has tried to do an authorization from within the email itself. I have seen demos of this in “Asset Lifecycle Management” and have been told you can do this in Service Desk. My desire is to have an email sent to a manager that allows him to click on an “Authorize” or "Denied" button which sends the process onto the next step.
If anyone has done this can you share how you did it or where the documentation might be.
