Yes. It is only trying to use parts of your xml as a starting point. If you want to just inject an xml you can advanced edit the osd script to just copy it in, or you could try provisioning.

Thanks Eric. With XP sysprep files, template sysprep.inf was fully copied to the new inf file. I just thought with W7 should be the same.
